- The entry driveway is narrow; extra care is needed to avoid clashing with the power meter box.
- The gas bottles are located near the parking area, and reversing requires caution to prevent any accidents.
- You can enjoy a variety of entertainment options during your stay. Log in to the TVs using your email to access free-to-air channels like Channel Seven and SBS, as well as streaming platforms such as Netflix, Stan, and Prime Video. The TVs also support casting from Apple and Android devices, making it easy to stream your favorite content directly from your phone. Important Reminder: Please ensure you log out of all accounts on the TVs before your departure to protect your privacy.

- $200 refundable security deposit is required prior to your stay. This will be refunded within 7 days after checkout, provided no damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violations are found during the property inspection. 
- ID of the primary guest is required prior to check-in.

This property offers fully self-contained accommodation, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. To get you started, we supply essential items such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, and some cleaning products for the first couple of days. We also provide a selection of basic kitchen supplies—please contact us for a full list. If you require additional supplies during your stay, our office can assist with restocking, which may incur a small fee.
