My first experience I ask opportunity of brand hotel for need helpful as reception staff was excellent hosting me going to find the right hotel. Staff phoned mobile phone for how to direction to get an apartment building. We found out this apartment but it was unpleasant road(path was under construction) I thought photo websites were perfect but in real life room was dark awful and unclean cupboard and kitchen has no wok, no cutlery, no plates. Air conditioning was poor maintenance and has broken minor. It required new air conditioning replacement. Fridge has never cleaned for ages but frozen ice was full badly in disguise. I was very disappointed this hotel is not worth and need refurbishment room. Bathroom has poor maintenance and cracked tiles on the bathroom floor and wall. Windows were dirty and badly blind windows.
