The scenery out of the window is fantastic! The room is ordinary, not much to talk about. Wifi was a little weak, but we were given a personal modem, which fixed the issue. Breakfast was fine and huge variety. Nice appointments in room and get WiFi. ##### MrG Stayed 3 nights in Jun 2017 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Verified traveller Jan 4, 2017 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### 観光目的には不満の無いホテルです 南京観光のため利用しました。街中からちょっと外れた所にあり、百家湖を目の前にした静かなホテルです。 フロントと客室が別建物となっており、池のある中庭を通って客室へ行く構造となっています。結構歩きますが、そこはリゾート気分を味わえます。客室棟は3階建て、エレベータはなくボーイさんがスーツケースを気合いを入れて運んでくれます。 アクセスは電車、タクシーどちらでも良好。行きは空港から電車（S1番線、南京南駅乗り換えで地下鉄1号線）を利用し、帰りはタクシーを使いました。フロントは英語にて丁寧な対応です。早朝5時半のチェックアウトでしたがその場でタクシーを呼んでもらいました。 湖のそばですので、周りに建物はあまりありません。 10～15分ほど歩きますが、大通り方面に向かえばショッピング街があるので食事、買い物には困りません。 朝食はビュッフェスタイル。サラダとベーコン・ソーセージ、目玉焼きでパンを食べるも良し。野菜の炒めものや小龍包、おかゆと麺で中華を食べるも良し。美味しくいただきました。 部屋もとくに不満はありません。アメニティ関連は一通りそろっています。ハウスキーパーさんはすれ違いざまに挨拶してくれるので、ホテル内の雰囲気は良いです。客室棟の床は全体がカーペット敷きとなっており、清潔感は問題ないです。日中は南京の観光地を巡り、夜はゆっくり休むような旅にはぴったりだと思います。 ##### Verified traveller ### 6/10 Okay #### Aaliyah Oct 11, 2016 Liked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities Disliked: Staff & service #### The Hotel with Terrible Customer Service If you are an American and used to great customer service this hotel is NOT for you. The hotel staff were not prepared for a western guest. Frankly, no one spoke English and throughout my entire stay they were not willing to try to communicate with me. There was a 900 RMB (134 USD) (I stayed 3 nights) security deposit that the hotel charged to my card that they didn\`t tell me about. The room was nice, despite the fact that there are no elevators in the hotel and the AC didn\`t work. Was told no reservation made n was also told I might be at the wrong hotel. Wifi was not stable n weak throughout my stay. Room Key went wrong the next day. They did not know I am staying for 2 days. But the hotel itself is really nice and quiet a big one, with a nice indoor swimming pool and near a nice lake.
