This charming 45 m² flat with wifi (fibre optics), which can accommodate up to 3 people, is available to rent in Nancy. Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 18 m² living room with fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.  
  
The accommodation comprises  
\- An 18 m² living room with TV and a sofa bed  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.  
\- A bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)  
\- Bathroom with shower

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.  
  
The flat is ideally located in Nancy, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market, etc.
