At reception we were told we were upgraded but we went from a single queen to two Queens for just 2 people. The room was small and had much less room as there were 2 beds. Very misleading and definitely not an upgrade. Our previous experience had one bed and a much larger room. Disappointed with this stay.

Very short, walk to the beach. Very cozy lounge with cappuccino machine and A great Water dispenser. Great outdoor area to sit as well. Front staff was great told us all about the great community Parksville is. Inexpensive

This property has so many nice touches and is a small gem centrally located in Parksville. The reception staff is very friendly and welcoming.The rooms are cozy with everything you need, comfortable beds, a small sitting area, Keurig coffee and tea maker, nice toiletries and soft towels in the bath room and super clean. The hotel also has a spacious lounge in the common area with big screen TV, games, record player and complimentary hot beverages. There is a small computer work station and a nice outdoor barbecue and patio area. We booked a Coast Queen room and requested a corner unit which had windows on both sides and a glimpse of the ocean. Overall excellent experience. Will definitely come back. Highly recommend the nearby Bayside Restaurant for oceanfront dining with delicious food, modern elegant ambience and soft live music on the weekends (guitar or piano with singing)

Needed a reasonably priced hotel for a couple of nights. This was clean, service was great, staff friendly, informative and accommodating, close to boardwalk and restaurants, great coffee machine in lounge. Didn’t get to use it but nice bbq and table set up off of lounge.

The staff was sooo helpful, they go the extra mile to make sure your stay is good. The beds are comfy, the room was very clean, it was quiet, which was very important. The stay was good. there were 2 things I would have liked, one the only mirror was in the bathroom, so when one person is in the shower, I had to wait until he was finished, to get ready, it would have been nice to have a mirror in the room, and there was no breakfast. I will stay here when I go back.also I highly recommend this hotel.

Room and other areas of the hotel, the lounge, computer desk area, were very clean and attractive. Also very nice outside garden area, picnic barbecue gazebo. Unfortunately not the right time of the year to take advantage of that. The staff were very polite and helpful. Would stay again and highly recommend this hotel.
