We had a lovely stay. Very friendly staff. Clean and beautiful decor. Close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. Amazing sea view! Beautiful sunrises seen from balcony.

I love this property and have stayed here many times. Unfortunately I was not able to get a room with a view of anything except a privacy screen- behind it hotel roofs. The room however is lovely, clean and nicely decorated.

There is no sound barrier between rooms or between rooms and the hall. If you plan on sleeping, do not stay at this hotel. You will be able to hear everything going on in the rooms adjacent, from conversations to dogs barking to people's nighttime activities.

Pool was outdoor not heated, hot tub is out of service, they had no towels for the pool and wouldn’t allow towel from rooms. We had town view, but all we could see was the roof. We could hear everyone in the next rooms. The front desk service was excellent, they allow dogs.

Lovely decorated rooms (get amazing ocean views if you can) and super friendly front desk staff. They even ring up after check in to make sure all is good. Would definitely stay again. Right on the ocean!

I love this hotel, especially the ocean view rooms with balcony. My room this visit is not as spacious as previous stays on the same floor and there is some kind of stain on the entry door - possibly a beverage spill. Also one of the pillows had some dust particles/hair on the surface although you could clearly see the linens were fresh so just sloppy room turn. Staff are wonderful, great parking, beautiful lobby and west coast art throughout the premises. Restaurant is popular and overlooks the ocean. There’s a newly built pool this year and a coffee shop on the property. I will stay again, the view, the peace and tonight’s evening rainbow keep me coming back.

Great for an affordable getaway. Lovely beach and surrounding area to walk around. Restaurant was delicious for dinner and not so great for in room service breakfast. Pet friendly which was a bonus! Overall a really decent place to stay.

Everything was great… gorgeous views and sunrise from the balcony of our ocean view room. We ordered room service and the food was good. Would stay here again and recommend to others!

We had a great last minute getaway. We checked in late just before 10pm . There was an issue with the heat pump and without missing a beat the lovely front desk girl was on it. We moved into another room all within 10min. This room was just as nice and still had an amazing view! This will definitely be a routine stop over for us now!

I’ve stayed here many times. It’s a very nice refurbished older hotel with Seaview rooms. They have ample free parking. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfasts used to be much better; we were disappointed this morning since it was subpar.

This property is the best kept Parksville secret. Unassuming from the outside but beautifully updated in a luxurious modern 70’s design on the inside. Located on the edge of the beach overlooking the ocean. Absolutely perfect for a quiet getaway.

We were in town for a wedding. Spacious room, nespresso machine for morning coffee or in our case afternoon coffee to stay awake all night. They called us a local taxi service to get us to the wedding and back. Lounge was lovely, great views. Highly recommend! We will come back in the summer with our kids. It’s right on the beach plus has 2 pools

The hot tube is broken and the "heated pool" was still outside and freezing cold. If you are wantinf a pool, dont go here. Besides that, the room was nice and the staff were helpful. Just bad advertisement for the pool
