So I returned to find it to be very boring & undeveloped. Price changes for food daily here, it goes up 50% depending on the crowd. The food is just okay if you’re really hungry you can eat it. I didn’t understand not getting a room key to lock your door, we were told they lost them all so we had to leave the door unlocked at all times. This place needs a facelift. The good news you would love the staff & the village next door. Absolutely amazing from the moment I got to the property, to the minute I left. The beach was right at the foot of the property, the pool was awesome, the staff remembered my name, and Miki, the front desk hostess even lent me her phone charger. Dinner was great, rooms had amazing views. It's remote for a relaxing getaway but still close enough to the cities for activities (about 2 hours from Nadi and 1.5 from Suva and about 40 mins from Pacific Harbor). The staff are all so lovely and really make you feel welcome. We went in the "off" season (March) so there were not a lot of people at the resort, but the staff still had fun activities planned for the guests. They are also great about assisting with arranging for pickups from the resort for buses for excursions. The food was delicious and the area is just gorgeous. The staff were so welcoming, friendly, helpful, fun and accommodating. It was awesome to be next to the village and to also be off the main road and secluded. The tour options were good, the on site activities were great, the food was yummy and the bures were very comfortable.
