"The shear size of the place was great, downs stairs bedroom, bathroom and living space washer and dryer up stairs kitchen bathroom, large living space balcony bedroom. Nice pool and too much to mention everything. When I reserved this place I had no idea of the size, we were just two people in a place that could easy house 6-8 people. A must stay while on a long weekend here on Okinawa "

"Stay away. House was disgusting, it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks upon arrival. We noticed ants, dead and alive, all over the house. In the shower, around the beds and all over the staircase. And to top things off we saw a live lizard in the kitchen. The WiFi also had terrible connection and would drop every 5 minutes. We arrived at 10pm so had to stay the night, could barely sleep because we felt so grossed out. We were so disappointed because the pictures make this place look...

"Good for the most parts. Clean, provided like home kitchen with all gadgets. Not sure home to operate microwave oven... Though the WiFi internet need great improvement, works only first of 5 days. The later 4 days has brokrn connection every 2 / 3 seconds (unsuable). The AC in bathroom / toilet and mid floor bedroom can also have some improvement (It's too hot there (too far from AC)."

"今回は祖父母含む家族８人で宿泊させてもらいました。 一軒家プール付きで、子供達は周りを気にする事なく景色の良いプールを満喫できました。 また、近くにイオンビッグがあり小さい子連れでも買い物にも困らず過ごす事ができました。 空港からは少し距離がありますが、静かでのんびり過ごすには良かったです。 残念な点は、１日目シャワーの水圧が弱すぎて洗髪もままならず全員入浴に苦労しました。翌日に管理の方に話をするとすぐに対応していただき水圧は十分なほどになりましたが、できれば宿泊前に点検してもらえていれば大変な思いをすることなく快適に過ごせたのかなと思います。 また機会があれば宿泊させてもらいたいと思います。お世話になりました。"

"Overall a very big villa suitable for family. In fact I think it can house at least 8 adults comfortably. Surrounding area is very quiet and ensure to buy what you need and then drive back to Villa. "Halekulani Okinawa exceeded every expectation and was easily the most luxurious resort we experienced during our time in Japan. Traveling as a family of four, we chose to splurge on two rooms in the Sunset Beach Tower, and it was absolutely worth it. The rooms were stunning, thoughtfully designed, and fully equipped with premium amenities. From the stocked minibar and Nespresso machine to the beach bag and sandals you can take home, every detail felt elevated. The inclusion of comfortable pajamas added an extra layer of comfort. Housekeeping was exceptional with daily service and a relaxing evening turndown. Service across the entire resort was outstanding. Every staff member we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to help, creating a welcoming and seamless experience throughout our stay. Dining was a highlight. We enjoyed dinners at House Without a Key, which offered a perfect casual setting with great seafood, pasta, and salads, and Steak & Wine for a more upscale experience. The quality of food was excellent across the board. Steak & Wine is on the pricier side, but the experience and quality matched the cost. Be sure to book reservations in advance as slots open daily and fill quickly. We chose to explore local cafés for breakfast, which was a great way to experience the island. The resort is also conveniently located near several excellent dining options. The gym was well-equipped, and the pool areas were beautiful and relaxing. 5 Stars all the way!!"
