チェックイン時のフロント男性は感じは良かったのですが、早口すぎて私も他の家族も半分くらい理解できませんでした笑。 説明を受けるまで軽い朝食が付くのは知りませんでしたので、その事を言うと「本当に大したものではないんですけど笑」と仰ってましたが、私達家族には質も量もちょうど良い軽食で嬉しかったです。 コーヒー、数種類のお茶、冷水、お湯も多少分かりにくい場所ながら館内に設置されており、夕飯を提供されていらっしゃらないのであればあとレンジがあれば申し分ないかと思います。 湯畑も目の前の好立地で出掛けるのにも便利でしたし、足湯カフェはとても可愛く、古い建物を上手にリノベーションされた館内も趣きがありました。 露天風呂付き客室の割にこぢんまりしてるようだなとは思っていましたが、部屋でゆっくり読書を楽しむようなお部屋ではありませんでした。ただお値段を考えたら妥当かと思います。 普段、滅多な事では悪いレビューはしないのですが… 残念だったのは、お部屋のブラインドが壊れていて全く外からの自然光をとり入れる事が出来なかった上に、どうにか開かないのかとブラインドを触ってしまったらカビだらけでガッカリした事。 そしてトイレのウォシュレットが壊れていて作動しませんでした。 極め付きは、恐らく露天風呂付き客室は3部屋あるかと思いますが、そのうち2部屋に私達家族が宿泊し、2部屋とも露天風呂入浴前に室内に別に設けてあるシャワー室でシャワーを浴びる際にシャワーのお湯が途中で水になり、待てど暮らせどお湯には戻らず、裸にシャンプー途中の状態で露天風呂まで部屋を走り抜け露天風呂の湯桶でお湯をすくいながら洗髪など全て済ませなければいけなかった事が2部屋とも連日起きたのは旅館として如何なものかと思いました。 時間によっては問題なく使えたので、ボイラーの問題ならばホテル側は容量をチェックしておく事をお勧めします。 あと男性スタッフの方々は好印象でしたが、フロントの若い女性は少し他のスタッフの接客を見習うべきかも知れませんね。 多々ありましたが、主人はその場で文句を言うのを嫌がるのでチェックアウトの際には敢えて何も言わずにホテルを後にしました。 今後、改善され益々繁盛されます事をお祈り申し上げます。 部屋がとても綺麗で快適でした！無料でカモミールティーが飲めたりなんかもして。足湯カフェは、昼間は宿泊者以外にもたくさんお客さんがいて入るの大変でしたが、夜はすっかり空いていたのでのんびり足湯が楽しめました！深夜は内湯が貸切になる時間があって、2人で湯船に入ることができ、とても嬉しかったです。次は部屋から湯畑が見れる部屋にも泊まってみたいと思います
