Amazing food, amazing building, amazing onsen! But westerners be wary, you will need to sacrifice some of your typical understanding of amenitys, theres no showers in the rooms, and very little english is spoken in this whole town. That being said i cant rate it less than 5 stars! If you come to this hotel, be prepared to eat (amazing) foods you never thought youd try, and immerse youself in the japanese culture. The best feature to us is the free private bath, to some who are shy to use the public bath, this is a very nice feature to enjoy the hot spring without stress. Apr 21, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities 和の雰囲気の綺麗な建物でスタッフの方々も親切丁寧な対応で館内バリアフリーでスリッパも履かないのが開放的で居心地が凄く良かったです。 温泉もとても気に入りました。 硫黄の香りプンプンで…これぞ草津って感じでした 1泊の滞在で温泉には5回程入りに行くくらい寛げました（笑） 食事も大満足…夕飯のフリードリンクや夜のラーメン等、余計な出費がないのも魅力でした。 湯畑へのシャトルバス等、サービス満点です。 敢えてあげるなら駐車場からフロントまでの階段…雰囲気は凄く良いのですがキャリーケースを転がせるスロープが欲しいなと思いました。 また是非利用させて頂きます。 ありがとうございました。 ##### ???
