The resort is amazing. The room was a good size. The view was fantastic. Close to the Yubatake, Kusatsu Gate foot bath, restaurants, and markets. They have a free shuttle to the center of town, Yubatake. Also, a shuttle to the bus stop when you go back. Plus, the free big onsen is amazing. You can also use two other hotels' onsens, but Kusatsu Onsen Hotel Resort's is the biggest and nicest. They provide a yukata for use while you're there, which is nice if you want to take pictures outside in a yukata. The staff are all super friendly and nice. Jul 17, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness コスパ最高、夕食の上州豚しゃぶしゃぶ量多く美味しい、お風呂良い、姉妹館のお風呂無料良い。 気になった点は ①レストラン売店で5%引きになるGOTOPASSを勧めていたが使用方法が分からず、チェックアウト時に出したら注文時に提示しないと割引にならないと言われた。使用方法の記載やスタッフさんによるその場の声かけがあればいいなと思う。 ②夕食時に日本酒が飲みたく種類がたくさんあったのでスタッフさんに相談したがよくわからなかったようでした。お酒に詳しい方がいたらいいなと思いました。 ③部屋を開けたら入り口の床のカーペットが結構破けているのに驚きました。 総じて、お値段の安さのためにいろいろ努力されていて、値段以上に大満足でした。 ##### ?? The hallway was very dingy not nice at all and the futon bed they put on the floor for me was horrible. Having said that, I have never slept on the floor so it was the first time for me.
