"冬場の宿泊時(降雪、積雪時)は、施設や周辺道路の路面凍結箇所が多いです。車の出入りのスリップや、施設内の歩行、階段や廊下など、とても滑りやすいので注意が必要です(スタッドレスタイヤは必須です)。 まだ真新しい為、施設内はとても綺麗で汚れで気になる所はありませんでした。 なるべく長く状態を維持できる様、利用者と管理されている方の相互が協力できれば良いなと思います。 アメニティーは必要最低限なので、化粧水、洗顔類などは無く、シャンプーやコンディショナーはありますが、髪がパサつきやすいので、気になる方は持参された方が良いです。 テラスや浴室から見える裏庭の山は、雪景色でとても美しく、人工温泉と共に堪能できました。 ..."

"外気温マイナス3度中、宿泊いたしました。事前に部屋を暖めてくれておりました。チェックインの管理はきっちりしており、屋内での宿泊者全員の顔写真の撮影をもとめられました。また使用したものの片づけ方なども細かく記載されており、管理会社さんはしっかり管理されているようです。宿泊者にも、一部管理を求められますので、宿泊価格が適正なのかは個人の感覚により異なってくると思います。冬期は、寒く布団をかけずに寝返りが激しい子供には、厚めのスリーパーを要します。加湿器がないため暖房を使用しながら就寝するなら加湿器を持参されると良いと思います。風呂場は、寒く脱衣所にも暖房器具が欲しいと思いました。ドラッグストア、コンビニ、スーパーも車で数分以内と比較的近く良いと思います。全体的に 良く管理されている貸別荘だと思いました。"
