The space
Walk right into a living space overlooking a tastefully decorated home that displays the works of local artisans. With pops of hues, touches of mixed metals and natural wood, the color combinations are serene giving you an aesthetically pleasing atmosphere.

After a long day, unwind in the spacious living area and get cosy for a movie night with your loved ones. This comfy space includes a flatscreen TV with streaming access and WiFi.

The three bedrooms include:
- A master room with a kingsize bed and your own ensuite bathroom
- Second bedroom with a queen size bed and access to a full bathroom for your use
- Third bedroom contains a remote workstation with a daybed which may tempt you into taking a quick nap

The kitchen is furnished with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and of course a coffee maker for the coffee connoisseurs in your group. Cook up your favourite ingredients at the granite kitchen counter, and enjoy the ultimate urban luxury living experience with us.

Upon arrival we always make sure there's some tea and coffee for you, as well as clean linens and towels for your use.

We have rigorous cleaning protocols to give our guests peace of mind.
Guest access
In addition to the apartment, guests can enjoy exclusive access to the central garden, club house, fully equipped gym, a swimming pool and children's play area.

Guests can also access restaurants and leisure facilities at 14 Riverside through a footbridge connecting the 2 properties for easy convenience and entertainment which requires an access card.
Other things to note
This is a residential building, therefore there are strict rules for the comfort of residents with 24 hour on site security present: No Parties or loud Noise permitted.

We will also request you to fill out a verification form before check-in i.e active contact details for all the guests that are checking into the property.

Clean towels and sheets are provided, and you can wash them yourself, for a longer stay, using the washer dryer in our laundry room.

We charge a one off fee when booking for cleaning the space prior to your arrival. The fee covers getting the unit ready for your stay and for after your checkout to ensure it is in the same standard condition. For weekly stays, we charge an extra interim cleaning fee for $15. You must request this service in writing and pay the fee before it is done.
