A number of amenities listed are false/misleading, such as there is no private spa tub, no bar/restaurant, etc. Also, the bathroom lights kept turning off and there was water leakage in the bathroom and kitchen (among other issues). While overall the property is clean and staff promptly attend to needs, I was told certain incorrect things and unnecessarily paid extra and the property avoided refunding me where justified. Please reconsider how you deal with guests and do not make false/misleading claims and avoid responsibility where warranted. Kigali/Rwanda is a great place, so represent your home well and allow guests to enjoy their stay worry free. There is opportunity for improvement and reflection, so please take this constructive criticism in stride.
