Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities

Your service is worst. Charging customer for hotel room not available from the hotel only is like sponsoring someone's wedding and not eating in it. So you guys have terrible service and I would never use it instead will reccomend using MMT and goIbibo because they have good service.
