"The staff is wonderful, he remembered me from my stay a year ago, super friendly. The rooms are fine, we come down for the 4th of July every year, and it is far enough from the main strip that you're not stuck fighting traffic. You're also 2 blocks away from illwaco's firework shows they hold. 10/10."

"This place was definitely worth the money for us! I came with my family of 6 and it was nice that each person had their own room. it was also my husband and I's wedding anniversary and they left us a very nice card, it was definitely a surprise and very thoughtful. The kitchen was well stocked with several necessary cooking items to never have to eat out. There was a keurig and a small 5 cup coffee maker! Although the house is a little dated keith and lily did a nice job making it feel like a home. There are soooo many DVD's, an arcade game, a massage chair, a movie theater style popcorn machine with popcorn, and many board games to play. Its also nice that the house is on a dead end street. There was a small issue at check in with the key pad but keith resolved it very promptly! We would gladly stay here again...Thank you keith and lily!"

"The room was clean and neat. The amenities were useful to us and used them daily. Our room was a little small but it was the only one left over the 4th of July weekend. We stay at the Seaview Cottages every time we travel to Long Beach because of its cleanliness and conveniences. I recommend it highly!"

"The Breakers was a fantastic place to stay and offered plenty of activities for the whole family. There were volleyball and basketball courts, playgrounds, swimming pools, and lots of space for everyone to enjoy. One feature I especially appreciated was the adults-only hot tub and the adults-only swim hour in the evening. It was a great opportunity to relax and unwind after a busy day. They also had BBQ grills and fish-cleaning stations, which were perfect for preparing fresh seafood catches. Our one-bedroom unit was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the dishes, cookware, and utensils we needed. As expected, we brought our own seasonings, which is pretty standard. The beach was only about a five-minute walk away, and from the upper floors you can even catch a nice view of the ocean in the distance. The only downside was the pull-out sofa beds. They were extremely uncomfortable, with mattresses so thin that you could feel the support bar underneath, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The bed in the bedroom was firmer than I prefer, but it was still much better than the pull-out bed. My friends barely slept because the sofa beds were so uncomfortable. Aside from that, everything else about our stay was excellent, and we would definitely consider staying here again."
