This property has 6 parking spots for guests. Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $50 per night of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay. This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. There were general maintenance items that needed better maintained- slider door was rusted and fell off the track. 3 of our kids got swimmers ear from the pool. Kitchen was well stocked with plates and glassware. We were surprised to find no ice maker in any of the refrigerators, however, the grocery store was close by. There was not a shower to rinse off after the beach which leads to more sand in the house but there was not a broom. There was no soap for washing hands in most of the bathrooms either. The kitchen island had sand on it and the dresser draws had sand in them as well.The mgmt did address the sheets and brought a broom so it was resolved relatively quickly.
