Enjoy unlimited sunset views from this beautiful Soundfront home, from the bridge to Manteo up to the open Sound, and the loveliest private pool and deck on the Soundside-- heated 15x32 with a wide tanning ledge, hot tub, gas firepit, and sun and shade decks. This elegant and spacious 5 bedroom, 4 and a half bathroom Nags Head home offers private retreats, with hammocks and deck chairs tucked in every corner, and a large and welcoming open floor plan (living, dining and kitchen) to gather for meals, games, music and entertainment. Take in dazzling views of the Sound from the decks (including screened dining deck), great room, and most bedrooms. Step up to the captain’s watch to use the desk, or send the kids up to play at the table for four. Relax in the generously-sized bedrooms, each with extra seating. Golfers enjoy discounted rates at Nags Head Golf Links—Tramonti is at the 15th hole—and all can use the Village Beach Club amenities (pools, beach, pickleball, restaurant). Golfers, swimmers and beachcombers will all want to meet on the large top deck as the sun sets over the water each evening.

At Tramonti you are steps from the Village’s Soundside park and the Village boat ramp, and from a shopping area with bakery, ice cream, restaurants, groceries, an organic market and more. You’re only a short drive from Jockey’s Ridge, The Lost Colony, Jennette’s Pier, local shopping, and so much more. Tramonti is the perfect combination of beach, sound, pool and sport— book a vacation you and your family and friends will never forget.

Tramonti also offers Smart TVs, Kitchen Aid mixer, food processor and well-stocked kitchen, extra refrigerator, libraries of books, DVDs and games, and a Bluetooth stereo.

PLEASE NOTE: Parking at the Village Beach Club requires a pass, costing $25 per car per day. Membership questions can be answered and passes obtained by checking in with Village Beach Club staff.

November 2015 Stay in Flamingo Sunset

Great stay in Flamingo Sunset! A beautiful home with incredible views. This home is amazing, thanks for a super stay in Nags Head.
