Lots of new decking and wood walkways, but the association or property mgr needs to pay more attention to some small details such as some burnt out exterior lighting and clearing sand from walkways. The unit's interior had some damaged window blinds and burnt-out light bulbs. Lots of steps even to access the beach. But there is a nice pergola at the top of the dune in which to sit. (Of course it had some loose boards which need fixed.) We enjoyed ourselves and the property was adequate, but we would not choose this again. ##### Daniel O. This property is the perfect place to travel with kids for the beach-loving family. It’s location and access to the beach is optimal, which is particularly important for those having to carry young children’s beach amenities.
