The house was perfect—the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware, and multiple types of coffee makers for the coffee lovers. There was a high chair for our infant, as well as a pack and play. So many games too, which would be great for families with kids! The best part was that all the beach items were provided: beach cart, umbrella, and chairs. It made getting to the beach so easy, and it’s only a short walk away! The gated balcony was perfect for the dogs and baby. It’s close to the beach, stores, and interesting sites. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. I also liked the fact that Amanda kept in touch to make sure that everything was going well. We had a great time. I have only two criticisms. The kitchen window and sliding glass door in front of the house did not have curtains. This affected our privacy especially at night. Also, there is no kitchen table. Walking over to the coffee shop next door was a huge bonus. The neighborhood is just off of a busy street so there were tons of activities and places to visit. The house was exactly as advertised, clean, stylish and well-appointed. The location is very convenient, with the beach, restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. The house was even better than the pictures - it was clean,comfortable, and an easy walk on the beach. the little extra touches like fresh flowers, music playing when we arrived and wine in the fridge were amazing! Amanda, the owner, obviously takes great pride in her home. The cottage is super clean, tastefully decorated, and well equipped. It is conveniently located and a pleasure to stay at. This cottage was cozy and aesthetically adorable and made us feel at home as we stayed cozy. Great porch for the dog to hang out in and lovely kitchen! LOVED the outdoor shower even though it was a bit chilly I stilled showered in it! Really REALLY close to a lovely coffee place and several 4\*+ restaurants and the quickest 5 minute walk to the beach. Amanda was lovely and gave us wonderful recommendations of things to do. Everything you could possibly need was at your fingertips. Comfortable, clean, and new... the house was our bright spot during a rainy week. The kitchen if fully stocked with anything you need to prepare a full meal or just snacks and drinks. Close to everything. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants and grocery store.
