This property has 7 parking spots for guests. Exclusive Cabana Services: 5/3/26 - 9/18/26 - This home receives daily oceanfront cabana and beach chair setup + breakdown services during your stay. No need to lug around your beach equipment when you stay at this home! Service includes (1) 10x10 cabana tent and (6) beach chairs. Setup hours are 10am to 5pm daily (except check-in day), weather permitting. This service is subject to local ordinances. Cabana service is provided by Farmdog Beach Services. Additional add-on services are available upon request for an additional charge. Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $100 per night of your reservation. Comfortable beds. Kees is the property manager. We called at 6 pm to report no soap, dishwasher pods, hand towels, etc. No response until following afternoon. So we had to go buy all that. The house needs a deep cleaning. No soap in the bathrooms- dispensers empty. Power outage Fri night caused alarm to trigger. Juan with Kees very helpful. Vivian with Keys is a problem. After being on the phone with someone for 20 minutes trying to fix it, got a call from Vivian which starts the call with “I need to know more than an alarm is going off. She was rude until I told her I had spent all that time on the phone and given the person all of the details. It took a couple of hours to resolve. The kitchen supplies are cheap, old and gross. Furniture stained badly. While the house was nice, I wouldn’t stay here again. Second bad experience I have had with Kees property management so I’d steer clear of them as well. ##### Steve C. The house is gorgeous, but it looks as though the cleaning crew just straightens up vs. cleans. We had a great time in the house. Mar 9, 2018 #### Aside from the nor'easter, it was a great time! What a fabulous house! My husband and I rented Sweet Carolina to celebrate our daughter's 18th birthday. The kids took over the lower level and had a blast. The pool table, shuffle board, arcade and movie rooms were put to good use. Each bedroom is a master suite with its own bathroom so the kids had plenty of room to spread out. Aside from the group venturing upstairs to eat meals, my husband and I had the top level basically to ourselves (what a view!) which was nice. Kitchen is well stocked with the basics for cooking. Since the house sleeps 18, I would suggest they have a much larger griddle for breakfast in addition to some extra large platters for serving. The sheets and towels need some turnover as I noticed old stains on several upon arrival. One of the arcade games was out of commission which was a bummer. Minor things though compared to the overall experience of the home. Unfortunately, we couldn't take advantage of the hot tub or fire pit due to hurricane force winds but that obviously couldn't be helped. Dec 20, 2017 #### Absolutely Fantastic! We loved just about every inch of this house, from the comfy and relaxing third-floor living room and kitchen to the ground floor recreation room. There’s something here for everyone and every mood! I’d especially like to mention the awesome Star Wars pinball machine (which we certainly made use of!), and the excellent outdoor areas. Even in the winter, the decks and outside spaces are simply exquisite! Beach access is a breeze, and there’s ample room for parking multiple vehicles! I think our only (minor) gripes involve the beachfront Gazebo and the electronic/audio setup of the house. While it’s certainly picturesque, the gazebo construction involves a large bench on the beach side of the structure, which nearly totally blocks the beach view! My recommendation would be to mirror other nearby gazebos and simply have a rail and flat bench, in order to not block the view! As far as the electronics are concerned, they are all top of the line and integrated together, however they can be tough to operate correctly! It took us about 3 days to figure out how to properly use everything! I’d recommend a manual or walkthrough of some sort, to assist using the electronics. Overall, the house and location are simply exquisite! The perfect site for wedding parties, corporate gatherings, family reunions, or group couples’ getaways! ##### Clayton E. Dec 14, 2018 #### Beautiful Property - Not so great management The great: Beautiful view, home is basically brand new, large space for families, 3 dishwashers, 3 fridges, movie theater room is EXCELLENT, all rooms are master suites (with the exception of the bunk bed rooms) so everyone wins, short walk right up to the beach and beautiful views. The not so great: When we arrived, all of the lights on the decks and patios were burnt out. We also noticed the fireplace wasn't working. We called management that night (around 5:30 - 6) to say that we wanted someone to come fix the lights and the fireplace. They said they would send someone out ASAP. No one arrived and we called back again 3 more times the next morning asking for someone to come fix the fireplace. It's November in the OBX, what else are you doing besides drinking/eating in your house and enjoying the views with a warm fireplace? Finally about 2 hours later, a very nice maintenance man shows up to replace all of the bulbs and informed us that the fireplace is out of service and they had to order a new part. We were pretty angry - we booked this house for many reasons but the fireplace was definitely one of them. Management made no mention that the fireplace was completely out of service and said nothing in the 4 times that i called. When you spend a lot of money for a 3 night stay in a brand new house, you expect the facilities to be in working order, ESPECIALLY the fireplace for a home stay in November. Was frustrating to say the least - let alone going our first of only 3 nights at this property with no working lights on the back decks. ##### Jeremy K. They were in the dishwasher and under the couch. The carpets in the rooms were stained. The couches were dirty and torn. The refrigerator had missing shelves. The fireplace was broken. The cleaning crew was super apologetic, but said it was the worst mess they walked into to clean after a group. They also said there was a wedding before us and they had to do so much picking up and rearranging of furniture before they could even get to the cleaning. The outdoor furniture was very much in a disarray, cushions torn etc. Inside sectional on main living space torn. Blinds in bunk room are shredded. We made a “short list” of some of the other issues. There was no shortage of room, the kitchen and great room were wonderfully spacious. We could easily all hang out in that space while socializing or preparing and eating meals. The lounge room, as we referred to it, was plenty big enough to accommodate us all and was a great place to gather to play some pool, shuffleboard, do a little dancing, and watch movies in the theater. The back yard is also large and made it easy to have our pet with us. It was big enough to set up our croquet set and play some catch as well. The fire pit is a very nice evening and night time gathering spot. Access to the beach was awesome and so easy. That was probably the highlight for everyone as there was always fishing going on, sand castle building, and kite flying. And the elevator was very useful for getting food and beverages up to the top floor. A couple of suggestions; the AV gear could use some instructions sheets as how to connect and what's available. Music was a big part of our time there and it would have been nice to be able to connect in an easier fashion; the kitchen could use a few more implements like scissors and a few more knives. Overall, we were very pleased with the accommodations, the spaciousness, and the proximity to amenities and stores. A great place for large gatherings and access to the beach. The family room overlooks the ocean for a fantastic back drop. While there is an elevator, the house spans 3 flights of steps from main floor to the top where the kitchen and family room are and after while it became tiring to walk up and down (especially for my dog). It is not for the faint of heart. Walking from the backyard to the beach was convenient, again with another flight of stairs. We had 12 adults in the house. The house is one of the few that have a lot of rooms so this is nice. Each room has its own bathroom so no one needed to share. The location can't be beat. It's super close to the malls, Wright brothers museum, Jockey's Ridge, some great restaurants, and of course...the beach. The house is in very good condition. The kitchen was fantastic. 2 stoves, 2 microwaves, 2 ovens, 2 refrigerators! This made it great to cook all our meals. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and the game room was fantastic. Communication with the management was excellent. The only gripes were minor....the gas tanks for both outdoor grills were empty, the pool waterfall didn't seem to work, and the projector in the movie room didn't work at all (dead bulb).
