When you’re not at the beach or exploring the open waters, enjoy a soak in your own private hot tub or a swim in an outdoor swimming pool at the community clubhouse (available for a nominal fee). Take in the serene views while sipping morning coffee on the elevated deck, furnished with a gas grill and patio table that is great for alfresco dining. Inside, you’ll find two separate living rooms and kitchens - perfect for a large group or families traveling together. Natural light pours into the Great Room, detailed with vaulted wood-beam ceilings and multiple seating areas. Create crowd-pleasing recipes in two well-equipped kitchens, then serve special meals at the adjacent dining tables. Kids and adults alike will appreciate the arcade game and foosball table in the lower-level living room. A washer/dryer and outdoor shower add convenience during your stay. An extra sofa bed in one bedroom provides an extra sleeping space. Guests must travel by car to reach this home. The clubhouse pool and community boat ramp are available for nominal fees. The pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
