Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement. Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. It was very clean and well decorated. The location was great. Very close to the beach. The pool was nice and was very clean. The pump went out of the hot tub but a serviceman was called immediately and the pump was replaced the next day. My only suggestion would be to have a ramp going into the house and out to the pool. We had 3 handicapped people in our party and although there were only 5 steps, they are fairly steep. ##### Chris C. Very easy to get to the beach and central to other activities. We had issues with the dishwasher leaking. They came out right away but not sure it was ever fixed. The decor isn’t very beachy and could use an update! The biggest suggestion though is to update the deck furniture. It really needs higher chairs so you can actually see the view. The property was spacious and perfect for our families. The movie theater room was so nice and fun for kids. The pool was great. The location of the property was perfect with ice cream shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and pharmacies close by.
