This five-bedroom house is located within the Seven Sisters community in Nags Head and offers the perfect setting for your next family vacation to the Outer Banks. Sitting just steps from the community pool and the Loggerhead public beach access, cooling off from the summer sun is a breeze. A Bitt Beachy is centrally located in Nags Head, so you're never far from shopping, dining, or area attractions to help make sure that your next trip to the OBX is a memorable one for everyone in your group. Inside the home, you'll find a comfortable and coastal feel throughout. The top level of A Bitt Beachy features the living room, dining room and kitchen, all with an open floorplan to make it easy to gather together after a busy day at the beach. There is a spacious dining table for eating meals, or you can take the meal outside on the sun deck and never miss a moment of being in the salt air. There is a bedroom and semi-private bath on the top floor, while the other 4 bedrooms are on the mid-level. Each bedroom has comfortable bedding and furnishings to give you a cozy place to rest and rejuvenate. At night, be sure to kick back in the hot tub, where you can gaze up at the stars and relax before bed. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement. Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. A few observations stood out that might be helpful. There were some areas around the exterior of the house that could use a little attention, and the towel supply felt a bit limited, especially with the hot tub — just one bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth per person made it a bit tricky. Similarly, having only two kitchen towels meant we had to rely on paper towels for spills, which wasn’t ideal. That said, there were plenty of positives we really enjoyed! The house was thoughtfully laid out and comfortably furnished, and we appreciated the kitchen and bathroom essentials. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for our group — no bunk beds, which was a big plus with all adults. The hot tub was a highlight, and while we may have missed any instructions, a simple guide would be helpful for future guests. Overall, everything was great, and we just wanted to share a few notes that we’d appreciate knowing if we were in your shoes. Thanks again! ##### ronita c.
