Take a short drive and climb Jockey's Ridge, take a stroll on Jennette's Pier, and of course, hit the beach via the Small Street beach access! This home also features a private pool and hot tub so you can splash around right at your beach house. Beautiful property. Nice, clean, well equipped kitchen, wonderful backyard space. Great for all ages.

Won’t be booking again

The first moment we walked in we noticed the grass hadn’t been cut in what looked like months. The kids ran back to play while we unloaded the cars and all came in with marble sized prickly balls stuck in their feet, I immediately called the property management company to see if they could come address the problem and all I was told was “we’ll call the owner” well the grass was never cut and I never heard anything back. The AC went out on the third day, someone showed up at 11pm with window units and no one ever came back to address the air situation. There was also trash piled up in the back yard behind the mechanical closet and a ant problem in the kitchen. Also drawer fronts coming off of the front of drawers one of which snapped off. Expected better for what we paid. Would not recommend.

The pictures are old and do not represent the yard .

We stayed here and when we arrived at 5 pm house had been very poorly cleaned . Litter in front side and back of house, There were dirty towels in.outdoor shower inside house and in laundry room . Mold in master bath shower . Floors not cleaned . All sliding doors were dirty . Kitchen trash door was disgusting with food and trash scattered around inside of the cabinets food stains dripping down door of trash cabinet. Realty co sent out a cleaning person who.cleaned for 3 hours and took lots of pictures. She did best she could but it needs a lot of cleaning . This was very disappointing as we paid a lot of money to rent it. You would think in these covid times they would be working hard to make it clean. We called and visited Realty Co to help us but they never followed through. I would have liked for them to visit the property but that didn’t happen. So disappointed!

Completely Disappointed

Not even sure where to begin with this review. We booked this house back in January for our first family vacation with 15 of us. The check in was easy but upon entering the house we noticed how dirty it was. Chunks of food on the floor and ants all over the kitchen. There were squished bugs on the wall and by the front door on the bench was a box of raid pest control that was just left there and I have a 2 year old that could have easily gotten to. The master bathroom shower on the top floor was never cleaned and had leftover sand in it from the previous people and mold growing all in the door tracks. The other bathrooms that had shower curtains also had mold growing on them with two drains in the bathtub that didn’t drain. Half of the beds had sheets left on them and were supposed to be unmade with the clean sheets left in sealed bags for us to make. The comforters were disgusting with stains all over them. On the first floor the bi-fold closet door was left just laying against where it should have been secured and fell on a family member. One bedroom had a bathing suit panty liner stuck against the window sill and another room had dirty panties left in a drawer. The list goes on but this house needs a lot of maintenance and cleaning before it should be booked out, especially for the amount of money we spent to stay here. The house has a lot of potential with a lot of amenities which was about the only good thing with having children but completely disappointed! I would look elsewhere before considering this place for a family vacation.
