Good location for families and quiet this time of year. Used the equipment provision for chairs and beach game which was very nice and there on arrival. We did know about late check in and early checkout but that was inconvenient and felt rent was high enough this time of year not to require additional charge for early arrival and later departure, but we were aware of it beforehand. We stayed here for a week and what a great location! Weather was not cooperative so I will make that request next time (lol). Good amenities-love the availability of the washer /dryer! There is some wear on the place-door knob in one bath half off and large tub needs some attention before it becomes a bigger issue (caulking). Would have been nice to have some of the beach stuff (chairs and such) there and knowing what switches turned on the porch lights. Grill needs to be replaced-very rusty so we didn’t use it at all.
