The kids loved the convenience of the pool and being steps from the beach. We did arrive to a dishwasher full of dishes to be unloaded (they were at least clean and dry) and a primary shower clogged full of a previous renters hair which caused the water to back up and pool in the tub. I picked Nags Head since it was central and seemed to have a lot of things that would still be open off season. Directions and check in info was great - nice to get specific info on how to find the unit in the building! The condo was clean and beautiful, nicely furnished (OMG the couch was SO comfy!) I loved the beachy decor, esp the picture over the DR table. We loved just watching the ocean and seeing the sunrise a few mornings, if we were up early enough. A couple of suggestions:1) Pls have housekeeping leave the starter rolls of TP actually IN the bathroom! First thing I did when we got in was to use the bathroom - NO TP - it was on the kitchen counter. I guess it was left there for visibility, but not convenience!2). the listing says there is a coffee maker. It's a keurig and we didn't have (and don't buy) k cups. I did find a regular coffee maker/pot in the way back of one cabinet, but there were no coffee filters. So we couldn't make coffee. Minor detail - we did have some instant Starbucks Via coffee with us, just for these situations. Everything else was great - if we come back to OBX, we would definitely stay here again.
