It is part of the Laughing Gull Cottages, an Ocean Front Community with a short walk to the ocean. We provide an amenities package-starter package for all guest's. It includes the following: Sheet sets for all beds(WE DO NOT MAKE THE BEDS WITH THE SHEETS. YOUR SHEET SETS WILL COME IN A VACCUMMED SEALED BAG), one towel set that the house sleeps, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bath, 2 bars of soap per bath, 2 rolls of paper towels, 2 dishwasher pods, and one travel size bottle of dish soap. Laughing Gull #1 features a Rooftop Crows Nest which offers panoramic views of the Ocean and the surrounding areas. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and sleeps up to 8 people on two levels. The entry level offers 2 bedrooms, bath, and a large laundry room. The laundry room is located near the entrance. It is equipped with a full sized Washer & Dryer. As you ascend to the top level, you will be pleased to find the living room clean and comfortable. A fully equipped kitchen with a Crockpot, Air Fryer, Blender, Mixer, & Seafood Steamer pot, is all you need to keep your hungry family happy. Off of the living room is the Master bedroom which has a king sized bed and an adjoining full bathroom. Walk outside and enjoy the deck, the screened in porch, or go up top to the Crows Nest. All of the bedrooms are equipped with their own SMART TVs and the living room has a Smart TV so you can use your Streaming Apps to watch movies etc. Free WiFi access is also provided. Inside the fenced in yard there is a charcoal grill for your use. We didn't forget your Furry family! You will have peace of mind knowing that your pet is safe in the chained linked fenced area. For your convenience, there is an outside shower that is fully enclosed and equipped with hot & cold water. Where is the beach? Just a short walk down the driveway and your toes are in the sand! There is a Life Guard at this location. Master Bedroom/Bedroom #3 - King bed Bedroom #2 - Bunk bed (Full and Full) w/ XBOX ONE S Bedroom #1 - Queen bed Parking for 2 cars. We enjoyed the crows nest the most! Just a couple suggestions to make- the king mattress was extremely uncomfortable and sunk in on both sides. Might be time to replace. Also, since this is a pet friendly rental, carpets on the stairs inside would be nice. Our dog had a hard time going up and down. Otherwise, everything was great! ##### Cam T. This house is on the beach side with maybe 3 or 4 other houses in front of the beach. Only a short walk to the beach. We went to the Wrights Brothers National Memorial (20 minutes), jockeys ridge state park (10 minutes), and cape hatteras light house (1 hour). The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans and plates and bowls and utensils. great view of ocean from the crows nest. House is a little dated, but location was good! Right on beach and near many restaurants. Only complaint is towels feel like sand paper and are way too rough. The beach is just right over the dune and it's within walking distance of Jeanette's Pier. We were fortunate to have a warm weather day and our girls played in the ocean and enjoyed the hot water shower outside. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The bunk bed room, queen room and laundry room are on the entry level. Upstairs is the king bedroom, living room and kitchen. Both levels have a full bathroom. Home was clean, well maintained and had beautiful sunrise views from the crows nest. We will be back for a warmer stay. We traveled with a 7 month old baby and a 16lb frenchie.
