The hot tub didn't get hot to me! But it could've been cause temperatures dropped. I the pics in the cabinets and the labels to tell you where everything was in the kitchen.

We had a great stay at this house in Nags Head when we were visiting for a friend’s wedding in Manteo. The location is convenient, yet close to the beach. The house was immaculate and very well equipped. There were plenty of bathrooms and comfortable bedrooms as well as porches For privacy. We loved the heated pool and hot tub as well as the golf cart. The location made it easy to visit many of the most popular local sites and restaurants. The owner was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Instructions were easy and clear. Bring pool/beach towels and floats.

Great house with everything we needed. Pool was great for those that didn’t want to go to the beach. Golf cart and beach access was easy. Glad for the ice machine because the freezer could not keep up for our needs. Plenty of room for all to read or be on one of the many decks for games. Everything we wanted.

#### Wonderful stay

Cape Coral is a fantastic place for a large group to gather.We went with our large family. There is plenty of privacy for everyone. The pool was great for the little ones. We honestly wanted for nothing. The location is perfect. The communication with landlord was the best and most responsive I have ever had. Would highly recommend this rental.

This home is fantastic! It's in a great location, just a few steps to the sand. The abundance of en suite bathrooms made it great for our group of friends with plenty of privacy for everyone. The kitchen is spacious and the appliances are good. When we got there, the coffee maker wasn't anywhere to be found. We txt'ed the available number and a brand new Mr. Coffee pot was delivered within an hour! That was an impressive response! Could use a few more serving bowls and platters. Overall, we really enjoyed the space!

The property was clean and in good repair. The hot tub and pool maintenance tech was on site cleaning when we got there and was very nice. All the beds were made and towels provided. We loved the balconies and how close the property was to the beach but also shops

Home was great for family. Only 2 downsides. Would have preferred gas grill as preparing charcoal takes so long. Door handles to outside allow 22 month old to escape far too easily. Otherwise, very nice place and enjoyed pool, hot tub and other amenities. Great location.

Thank you for another great year in the Outer Banks! This is the second time we’ve stayed in this house and it’s even better than the first. The location is perfect and there is a golf cart. provided to make going to the beach even easier. There was 14 of us and plenty of space for everybody to do their own thing.
