#### The interior was fine. The outside was not. It is nothing like the picture.

We enjoyed the interior of the house. However the outside is rundown; the yard is like an over grown jungle, siding boards are completely missing, fascia trim is gone, the decking has nails sticking up that cut my granddaughters foot, the parking area under the house looks abandon, one side is covered with 4 inches of wet sand from the AC, the picnic area has 2 feet of sand in it, the exterior steps are covered with sand. The deck stools are so rusty that one fell apart with my daughter crashing to the floor. If you had the picture we have we would never have rented this place. This place has been totally misrepresented we did not get what we paid for. I have the pictures to prove it if you are interested.
