Pool was great, larger than picture makes it look. Beach is access is directly across street, five minute walk to the water at most. House was good size and clean. Feet were black within 10 minutes of walking in house. Definitely needs TLC. Doors and walls marked up. Patches made in walls but not sanded down and painted. Very worn stairs and sticking doors. All the outdoor furniture was torn and worn. Nice location, got an early check in. As someone has stayed in the outer banks since a child this house was overpriced. ##### Beth C. Kitchen is extremely well equipped with sharp knives and even cast iron frying pans! Beds are huge and very comfy with lots of pillows. And a GREAT location - easy 5 min. stroll to the wide beach. The area is also in a perfect less-busy location and in walking distance of the BEST restaurant on the island - Sam & Omies! ##### Brad & Stacie B.
