Yes, oceanfront, but due to the height of the dunes, the only view of the beach/ocean was from the two top bedrooms or the end of the walkway, which was disappointing. The house had plenty of space with 4 ac units. Unfortunately the main floor ac unit was not working efficiently or just powerful enough to keep that level cool which made two of the bedrooms on that floor too uncomfortable to sleep in. Thankfully our group was small enough so we did not need to use them. We reported this to the realty company/manager on Sunday but no-one ever showed up to fix/work on it. We managed the issue with box fans which helped some. One other minor issue was that both grills were full of ashes and had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. Again, overall we had a great stay in this rustic OBX beach house. ##### Kevin C.
