Guests can take advantage of complimentary cabana service for all in-season reservations. From Memorial Day to Labor Day, a crew will set up and break down six beach chairs and a cabana at the June Street beach access. All you have to do is show up with snacks and beach toys!

Accessibility Information

Ground Level: Elevator to all floors in the carport under the house. 60 inches deep x 42 inches wide. Easy access to the pool area from carport thru 36 inch gate.

Mid Level: Master. Bedroom #5: with a roll under the sink – 28 inches high, 3-inch lip into the shower with handrail (no seat) and 18-inch toilet with a hand rail.

Top Level: Spacious living area. Deck access on all floors is 34 inches wide doors with 2-inch lip onto deck.
