You'll love sipping your morning coffee on the top deck while watching the dolphins play in the surf! To escape from the sun, relax in one of the Adirondack chairs on the lower deck while catching up with family and friends! The top level living area is the perfect spot for a family get-together with an open-concept floor plan and plenty of natural lighting for that OBX coastal feel. Enjoy an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances that comes perfectly stocked to prepare a tasty breakfast, lunch or dinner! Get some peace and quiet in the beautiful separate sun room with gorgeous, recently installed picture windows to allow you to take in the stunning views of the ocean and maybe catch a view of the sunset while eating dinner. Make your way back to the additional king bedroom when you're ready to get some sleep after a busy day at the beach. On the middle floor, you'll find the other 3 bedrooms, each featuring beachy decor, comfortable beds, and fresh linens to ensure a great night's sleep. Step out onto the covered deck to take in a brilliant ocean view while you sip your morning coffee or wait for the stars to appear in the evening sky. Blue Pearl also has incredible outdoor space including a covered carport, grassy side lawn, and ground-level sitting area so be sure to bring your favorite yard game for an evening of family fun!
