I even called and asked and they advised there was only a king, Queen, and bunk beds so I did not bring enough sheets for the additional beds. Even though the house is in a neighborhood, its very quiet and private. The room containing pool and beach toys, games and corn hole, chairs and umbrellas, was a huge plus. The boys found the side yard to be a huge natural sandbox, buckets shovels and the monster trucks they brought from home kept them busy for hours. The Epstien Public Beach Access is less than 2 miles away and the Public Sound access is at the back of the neighborhood.
