What a gorgeous gem of a property in Japan. I stayed at many other hotels during our trip and this one was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had the service to match its luxury styling which is the most important part. I managed hotels for years as well as travel often with lots of luxury travel thus honestly I’m hard to impress and this hotel did. The lounge and resturants have such a calming, enjoyable, fine experience. The room and the beds were the most comfortable of the trip, and care was clearly taken by all staff to provide a great service.
