初めて利用させて頂きました。 ロビーは、広く清潔感がありフリードリンクのサービスがあって良かった。 部屋も必要範囲内で困る事なく、テーブルも使いやすい。湯沸かしポット、コップなども揃っており部屋の中でも快適に過ごせた。トイレ、浴室も綺麗で次の機会も利用したい。

宿泊前に電話しましたが対応があまり良くなかった。改装されていて部屋はきれいでしたが備え付け加湿器が汚れていて古かった。アメニティを置かないなど環境は徹底されている。

ランドリーが汚く洗濯したら黒いカビ汚れがついてきた。 洗剤も置いてはいたが清潔感がなく使うのが不安になる。 天気の悪い日に空調から排泄物のにおいが室内に充満してきた。 室内空調が調整できないタイプで室内が暑すぎた。

#### 部屋は使い勝手が良い。

エアコンの調整が、3段階の調整式で暑い時寒い時、暑がり寒がりには少し厳しいかなと。 それ以外は問題はなく、部屋は広めで綺麗。 夜は、ある程度の時間になるとスタッフは、受付にはいないが、裏にはいる感じで、エレベーターはカードがなくても階には辿り着ける。
