The property itself is nice and has recently (<5 years) been updated. However, there is no ability for the guest to cool the guest rooms, so I was forced to sleep with the windows wide open every night. Otherwise it was kept at 25 degrees C (77 degrees Farenheit), which for me is way too warm to sleep. There was an "air conditioning" knob that let you select between "off," "low," "medium," and "high," but this was just a booster fan setting for the already-present heating.
