The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. I liked that they offered free water bottles one per day. They also had a laundry room which was conveniently helpful for us. Even with the window open the smell doesn’t go away. Aside from that they staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. The bus and Shinkansen stations were close to the hotel making travel very convenient and easy. They even offered different pillow varieties which made this stay feel more luxurious. Thank you for an amazing stay. Close to Nagoya station and other subway stops. Friendly and very helpful staff. Size of the single room is ok. The WiFi was quite disappointing and not good for much other than checking emails. The only “big” issue I had, was the curtains. With sunrise at 5am, they should cover the window better. Room gets very bright too early in the morning. I would stay there again. The room was tiny but very comfortable, and the air conditioner worked well. However, the tiny fridge wasn't great - it had little room and didn't keep drinks cold. It is not a big deal for a short stay but not great when staying a week or more. The property has only one lift. At times it becomes a real problem if you are in a hurry to get up or down. Although I managed to use the small built-in desk for work, the space was limited for having the laptop and a few documents on the table at the same time. I had asked for a quiet room on a high floor facing the street. They. to some extent, got it but allocated a room on the opposite side of where I had requested.
