We came back after a week before the end of our Nagoya trip. Though the front desk staff (different on duty staff at different times) knew very little English they were all very helpful and helped us to get back the battery. The no frills room was clean and amenities were basic but sufficient for 2-3 adults (comfort and space wise). Only one pillow was provided per bed, but more pillows are available upon request. Thermal pot is also available upon request for ¥100\. Hot and cold drinks are available from vending machines, and hot water and coffee are also available from the lounge (as well as cups). There is also croissants available from the lounge in the morning :) What is missing are hooks for towels, so we had no choice but to hang the damp towels on the chairs. Also, the bed is very firm but it is okay for an overnight stay, I guess.
