Alles war ordentlich und sauber. Die Betten sind ziemlich hart, aber dafür nicht durchgelegen. Auf der überdachten Terrasse konnten wir jederzeit sonnengeschützt zum Essen oder Spielen sitzen. Liegen zum Sonnenbaden und eine Hollywoodschaukel gibt es ebenso. Durch die direkte Lage an der Uferstraße hat man einen tollen Blick über den See und auf schönen Ort Torbole, nur leider ist es durch die vorbeifahrenden Autos und Motorräder, die vielfach auch noch übertrieben Gas geben, sehr laut. Matteo als Ansprechpartner war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und hat z.B. fehlendes Besteck kurzfristig vorbeigebracht. Die Zufahrt zum Haus erfolgt über eine ziemlich enge Straße, ein eigener großer Parkplatz direkt am Haus ist vorhanden. Zwei Supermärkte sind vom Haus aus fussläufig zu erreichen (ein Coop direkt im Ort in ca. 10min, ein Lidl am Ortsausgang Richtung Riva in ca. 30min).
