The property is situated close to the banks of the river Sarca, just an 8-minute walk from the shores of Lake Garda and Spiaggia Lungolago. For relaxation, the nearby Garda Thermae spa, which is a 12-minute walk from the accommodation. There are several restaurants within a 5-minute walk from the apartment and a supermarket within a 10-minute walk.
