"The facility is very up to date and fresh! Our room was outstanding! Very clean and it appeared to be recently updated. All the room’s amenities were in good working order and fresh! If we had one item to say we were slightly disappointed in, it would be the fact that we paid extra for the hotel’s ’Breakfast Buffet’ as it was worded in their potential extra services, but it was nothing more than either a very lite continental breakfast platform or a list of 5 or 6 slightly overpriced menu options. Because we paid for it, we obviously eat breakfast there, and although it was good overall, it certainly was not a ‘Breakfast Buffet’…!!! Hopefully Hilton can get this wording corrected so others are not disappointed as well!"

"Room had damage in the room. Looks like they will be updating the AC. Staff accomadates if there is a problem as my first room had a couple. Plenty of parking but pretty far back with potholes."

"I was going to stay 2 nights but checked out first thing in morning. The first room was smoked in , not clean and the plumbing under the vanity was not up to code. The door needed a shove to close properly. The front staff was understanding and we got a little better room but on the second floor. There is no security doors to get in the hallways with key. The fire doors did not shut properly and trash barrels were in corridors .I assume to catch rain water or plumbing leaks. The lobby carport had been badly damaged recently. Outside looked bad but nothing loose or laying about but the plaster in the hallway inside had fallen from a support column was on the floor. The outside of all entrance doors had trash and cigarette butts. This was by far the worst rooms and lack of security of any hotel I have ever booked thru Hotels.com Baymount as a brand has dropped the ball with this property."

"This is a Beautiful little cabin on the water that’s so close to everything Michigan and Ohio has to offer. The bed was unbelievably comfortable. This was a super clean, nice place to relax."

"My stay was terrible. We came for the pool, it was was not open doing are stay. The tv was out a day and a half, we were there only 2 days. My room was not clean up the second day I was there. I was told I had to request it to be cleaned after the fact, never heard that before. Was not given enough towels. No tissue in the room, but empty containers, and 1 roll of toilet tissue, no extra in case we needed it, just terrible. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Offer breakfast, but the only thing that was good was the apple juice every thing else was nasty."
