There are programs / activities provided that are light and with small memento takeaway. The dinner and breakfast experiences were phenomenon. Staff are very friendly and capable answering anything. The onsen on-site is healing and the space is very relaxing and clean. A real retreat where mind and body and truly relax. ##### Yaling Stayed 2 nights in Jan 2025 ### 4/10 Poor #### Mitsuko May 3, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, amenities Disliked: Staff & service The hotel is 15 min walk from the "train station" where the train does not run now (there is a bus instead), or 5 min walk on a steep slope or stairs from a bus stop (this is also an only parking lot), which was hard for my old parents. The hotel staff are trained to be very kind for routines, but when we came back to pick up something we forgot, the staff made an obvious frown and even denied at the beginning ... I had to ask again before she finally went to check and brought us what we left behind.
