The front desk staff was professional and while we were fully prepared with our Japanese one of the staff spoke English and seemed super excited to be able to help us out in English! The check in dispite our booking mistake went super smooth and we were on our way to our rooms in less than 10 minutes. The rooms have complimentary yukatas to borrow for our stay which was nice as we were backpacking and traveling super light so any less laundry is welcome. We've just gotten settled and are preparing for rest but I can already tell the rest of our stay will be great! Ate the hotel breakfast once; hot dishes were quite good. On the Wednesday night, experienced cigarette smoke apparently from the ventilation system, even though it's a non-smoking hotel. (There's always at least one moronic guest.)
