Lots of great restaurants nearby. The staff was very friendly and speak enough English to be able to communicate effectively. They helped me complete a shipping paperwork to ship one of our larger suitcase to another hotel in Yokohama. The rooms are standard size for business hotel, but certainly small compared to hotels in USA. That said, comfortable and clean rooms. Aug 14, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities Disliked: Staff & service 今回大人2名でセミダブルを予約をして、赤ちゃんも一緒に宿泊しようとしたら、人数オーバーでもう一部屋とらないと泊まれないと言われました。 生後5ヶ月の赤ちゃんが人数オーバーで同じ部屋に泊まれないとか本当にあり得ないと思いました。 添い寝で大丈夫なのですから、対応して欲しがったです。 結局、違うホテルに変えました。 ##### ???
