Took a chance on having no idea what to do or where to stay. Found this place and it didn’t disappoint! First off, Nicolas is the best host we have ever experienced. Seriously cannot thank him enough for taking care of my family. Answered every question and made some amazing recommendations. He grew up here and knows this place well. Thank you Nicolas. Second, location is the best! We walked right to the lift! It is literally across the street and there’s a great rental shop below the inn that gives you a discount. Nico also does a great job of letting you know the good deals and getting everything for you set up. He even delivered our lift tickets to the rental shop. Great dude! Third, everything you need is right here. The room is so comfortable with amazing views and secure. Best trip to the snow in Japan. Highly recommend this place. Five stars doesn’t do it justice. The location is amazing. Also great veggie option burger restaurant was on the bottom of the same building was plus. Though, as soon as stepping in the room, artificial cheap smelly scent was awfully strong.. made me feel sick, so we left the window open for a while but it didnt go away for a long long time.. Another thing, to keep the room warm was only by AC. That made the room super dry throughout the night, and made my and my child's throat really bad.. Also, no bathtub, only shower. Otherwise, it's clean and nice fun room on the second floor walk up. There is d shared kitchen too.
