The staff are amazing and very helpful. The hotel is very clean in every part of the hotel. The western rooms are quite large with seating area and a bathtub. The private Onsen are free. There is a coffee machine in the Lobby for a good cup of coffee for a small fee. The snowboard hire gear in the hotel I would not recommend as it is a little old and short of variety. The ski gear storage room is large and doubles as a drying room with lockers.
