Clean room , very spacious excellent staff. Perfect location. Bathroom was a bit dated, you can tell this hotel was luxurious and elegant in its day. The bathroom makes me give it only 4 stars. I would definitely stay there again

The hotel is kind of outdated but clean. The location is very convenient since there’s a direct access from Nagano Station. Room was big.

Hotel Metropolitan Nagano is directly connected from Nagano Station which is a gateway to lots of sightseeing spots. Service was impeccable, breakfast abundant and scrumptious, location so central to shopping and dining. The only thing I wish this hotel would have is a spa with public bath/sauna. With cold winter in Nagano, hot bath would make the stay perfect. Otherwise, I enjoyed everything about my stay at this hotel.

The location is super convenient right near the station. A lot a food options that are affordable. The AC works great. The room is okay but nothing bad about it

#### Friendly staff and nice location.

Comfortable hotel right by the train station, nice view from the room of the city, friendly staff. The hotel is in a really good location. Only downside is they charge for parking.

Loved this hotel. Location is perfect as it’s next to Nagano train station, bus station and taxi rank. 30 second walk to Family Mart and 2 min walk to Don Quijoti.
