The hotel offers an array of amenities, including an indoor onsen and outdoor onsens on each floor. The onsen was clean, well-maintained and provided the perfect way to unwind after a long day. One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious breakfast and dinner that were served every day. The hotel offered a different variety of dishes each day, and we were impressed with the quality and presentation of the food. The meals were a perfect blend of traditional Japanese cuisine and modern twists, and we looked forward to every meal. The staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming, and they were able to speak English which made our stay much more comfortable. They were always available to assist us with our needs and provided valuable recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. Overall, our stay at this hotel was excellent. We enjoyed every corner of the hotel, from the beautifully designed rooms to the serene onsen facilities. Our room was immaculate and very nicely designed. The open air bath was a delight, and the massage chair in the room was an added bonus. The kaiseki meal (traditional Japanese multi course meal) was very good, albeit slightly expensive. The staff were all very friendly and did everything they could to make our stay pleasant, even though we don't speak Japanese. Staff were very helpful. Even helped us to clean our soiled shoes from hiking. Room facing lake was very peaceful. Dinner and breakfast were delicious.
